Sky: Moving house, transfer account or keep in my name?

Options
At the moment we have Sky for Phone Broadband and TV which is in my name, i am in the process of moving into a new home soon however I wont be wanting Sky TV there. but my dad who is staying behind will still need the 3 services.

I understand that im still in contract with sky but it is very unlikely ill want sky for a long time yet, but am i also correct in saying I can only have on Sky box?

Should I?
1. Keep the sky box in my name but transfer the DD to my father
2. Transfer the sky account completely to my father

I will need Phone and Broadband for my new place but it does not necessarily need to be Sky, ill be researching my options.

IIWY I'd transfer the account to your Dad, with his agreement. Then when you are at your new place watch Sky using Sky Go( using your Dads account) on your tablet, phone or PC.

As broadband is exchange specific use Samknows exchange search to find out what available at your new place.

you cant transfer the name on the account , it either has to be cancelled , moved with you or you could leave it where it is and change the bank details but at the end of the day you as the account holder will ultimately be financially responsible for the account
