I had had my car insured with tesco for a number of years. Decided to use quidco and found equivalent car insurance with direct line. It tracked and paid absolutely fine. I was very sceptical but it worked a treat. I guess there are always going to be a few minor cases that don't get resolved successfully but from what I have read most quidco users are VERY happy with the cashback site.
I've copied and pasted the quidco link:

or if that still isn't working go to this link, scroll down and click on quidco, follow-up thread.

We decided this time on Prudential for my wifes's car insurance through her Quidco account. This was based on tracking stats and the fact they are an historical insurer and likely therefore to be better customer service.
If Lloyds TSB do not track there is a long delay through the enquiry process, although they seem to pay up eventually. Although £20 less at £100 the 6 months of waiting for Lloyds for my own cashback was poor service. They are both Churchill underwritten.
Prudential not only tracked, but was validated for a prompt payment in June, and all within 2 hours on a Sunday morning .. excellent turnaround.0 -
I find little amounts track fine but big amounts don't - not home or car insurances, both bank accounts we had to put enquiries on too - they're all now showing as sent to merchant, but that's £260 we missed because it didn't track right. We'll be using sureshop merchants for the big transactions from now on!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 002 :rotfl:0

We went through Quidco for car insurance with Prudential last September and it didn't track at all. I emailed them a few months ago and they told me it's with Prudential and I should just give it a bit of time. Other things have went through quick..but only wee piddly things, not £100 like Prudential.
I think it's just your luck, but most people on here have been settled so I would go with the majority.
Good Luck:hello: Never say Never :smileyhea0 -
