Free talk talk

My dilemma is that I’m getting free internet from talk talk at this time and since September 2012. I have emailed and spoke to the customer services team so many times that I have given up in trying to get an active phone line, Free broadband you say, aren’t I the luck one.

Well, not really, am frustrated that talk talk have only half activated my phone line which gives me out going calls only and no incoming ones, plus I have the internet access for free at this time.

When I mean free, yes I have not received our seen any bills from talk talk, even through the post or online billing in my account.

No money has been taken from my bank account, as far as their concerned my account / phone line is not active in usage.

When I do call their customer services team I get the same feed back / answer all the time “yes your line will be activated in 24/48 hours, please call us back if its not done”, Unfortunately I don’t get to speak to the same customer services team as they are based in INDIA AND MAYLASIA apparently.

So my question is. 1. Do I go to Southampton head quarters and speak to them? 2. Carry on getting free internet and thank my luck stars? 3. Cancel my order ( as its not active as yet ) according to their data?
4. Just go with another company?
