We are looking at all our options as we are getting nowhere with Monarch Airlines with our flight delay compensation claim. what is the proceedure for taking them to court. How much does it cost and do you need to appear at the court yourselves. Does it go to your local court and how soon is the case heard. Any information will be helpful as I am have no knowledge in such issues. Thank You

If you google "MCOL" you'll find lots of useful links. The cost depends upon the amount you intend to sue for - but is recoverable if you win.0 -
There doesn't appear to be a lot of point in having the FAQ's.0
