Cancelling Vodafone Contract

Ordered my Nokia N95 this time last week & was delivered last Saturday morning.

Paid £160.00 for handset (get £82 back thru quidco which has tracked) & am on £12.50 per month for 6 months then £25 per month for the remaining 12 months. Get 150 mins & 500 texts.

Have a few issues with the phone & thinking of returning it. Mainly battery life which is pants & the fact that Vodafone have crippled the VOIP feature.

My question is would I get my £160 back & my contract cancelled. I understand that I would have to pay for any usage.

    Hi tightbarsteward,

Yes Vodafone has a 14 day cooling off period in which you can cancel. You can see the t&c's HERE.

If it's just that the phone is faulty though then they should replace that with a new one. Or if you have decided you don't like the particular handset and would prefer another one I'm sure they'd probably swap it for you if you said you wanted to cancel for that reason.

    Regards
