Should I stay with orange or leave them! But I do not no if I will get a better deal else where as I would like a Samsung Galaxy note 11 or Samsung Galaxy S 11.

How do we know, especially as we have no idea of the airtime you need and the deal you can get at Orange? Do your research on the deals elsewhere and compare. Have a look at moneysupermarket and beware, that new customers can often get a better deal than upgrading customers and, possibly, a cashback on the top. Loyalty doesn't pay nowadays.

However, what's the point in taking another 24 month contract with Orange if you really have problems with the signal?

March 13 is the end of your minimum term, not the termination date.
And you've got your PAC to early. It lasts 30 days end expires a week before the minimum term ends. So, if you leave earlier, you'll pay until the 13th of March regardless.
