Best deal on PAYG for around 300 mins & 1000 texts?
Hi guys, just some advice please. What is the best deal around for this sort of usage. Have been on the Tmobile text & talk tarrif (£20/month for 300 mins & ulit texts) but have accidentally managed to swap to a worse one & they won't change it back!
I was looking at giff gaff goody bags - £10 for 250 mins & ulit texts (but would need to get an unlocked phone).
Any advice? Thanks.

unless you're going to stay with T Mobile, who you want to leave (which would defeat the point of your post), you will need to get your phone unlocked?
what kind of phone do you have? it's not that difficult you know.0 -
Tmobile are doing a £16 unlimited everything tariff at moment sim only deal.0

£13 = 300+5000, 1 month contract.
No need to unlock
Virgin do 250+Unltd for £10. It's likely to work with a phone locked to t-mobile, but don't take my word for it.0 -
Thanks everyone. Unfortunately has to be PAYG as credit issues. Have now got an unlocked phone (I hope - ex talkmobile) so have more options. Veering towards giff gaff now, think can just top up by £10 & then convert this to a goody bag (250 mins, unlimited texts, 1Gb data). Does this sound like the best option?0

i havent looked at other network paygo prices, but since you're unable to go on contract, giffgaff is pretty good. Ive been with them for about a year now and had no problems, only reason I am leaving is to get a cheaper contract sim only deal. If you need a phone unlocked, you can buy an unlock code from ebay just type your phone model in and find the right one, that costs about £5 compared to paying £10-20 at the market or where ever, and instant!
Don't forget to get cashback @ topcashback.co.uk/giffgaff/ - you'll get £5 free = 1/2 a months!0 -

Offer was on last week (Full Monty) directly with T-Mobile (plus £75-£101 cashback, so worked out at £7.50 ish).
Discounted Full Monty currently available through Chitter Chatter at £15 (you get £6 per month credit on a Visa Card). Possibly £40 cashback through TCB/Quidco as well plus Samsung E1200
Direct link (but go through cashback site first if you are planning this!)

Quidco were supposed to be offering the T-Mobile direct £16 deal again this week but it was delayed for some reason (still says as much on Quidco).
UPDATE: Over on HUKD they are reporting that the £16 offer will be back on through Quidco on 12/13 Feb next week, so worth checking early on if you are interested (last week when it was on it started with £101 cashback with TCB then reduced later in the day to £75).
