Hey guys, My girlfriend bought a bike lock from halfords when she left for University, she has had it since September, it's been attacked twice by someone but worked fine since, now the lock has totally seized, going by reviews on their website this isn't uncommon, it seems everyone agrees that this happens. Depends on the situation. If you lost or cancelled a bank card, Halfords should be able to refund the money to the same bank account when presented with new replacement card
