Password Protecting Folders on a USB Memory Stick

I have a 2GB Freecom databar which I use in work and as it is owned by work people can borrow it from time to time. I have a folder on the drive named "Personal".

Is there any way I can password protect this folder so only I have access to it or will I need some software?

Interesting, Im looking for a way of password protecting a folder, so as to be only accessable by me, is there anything out there that can password protect for example, my history folder, or my message history folder??

Sorry for hijacking this thread, I'm guessing the above programs will work for password protecting folders on an external hard drive as well?
