Realist,
That may be your opinion. I seen first hand the emails he sent to me and he is either downright devious or downright dumb.
It's only fair that others on the forum know this or would you rather someone had a footprint on their credit record for a regected mortgage?? Or even worse got ripped off for a fee??0 -
I think his network (mortgage intelligence) will take action against him as he has broken many of their rules in addition to the FSA'sI like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0

Nope I have not but if this guy is indeed a shark, then a kick is what he needs and I hope he has not ripped people off.Realist,

M are you sure??
Your none to keen on me and Ive seen you battle many times on here.
Your 'always o so positive manner' interests me.
As they say on reality TV programs - those that are overly positive / freindly usualy have an agenda.0 -

I have no issues with you conrad - just because I dont agree with your point of view does not mean I have taken a personal dislike
I may spat with brokers if I don't agree - again, I am perfectly nice to them 99% of the time and it does not mean I do not like them personally
Sorry I don't watch reality TV trash but just to enlighten you a little the benefits of being permanently positive and nice to people are as follows:
1, it makes ME feel good
2. It makes them feel good
3, It creates good feeling all around and the world is a better place
4. I am naturally positive. playful and happy, I don't even have to try. I love my life and everyone in it and I wish it could be the same for everyone
The secret to happiness is contentment! You can't have a go at someone for being NICE!
Have a nice evening

...I assure you all that I will in my opinion keep my business with a local advisor..
Normally the best way to do things. The role of an adviser is a lot to do with trust.
Trust is normally best achieved with a personal relationship and more often than not that is to do with a face to face relationship or reccomendations from friends and familly.I am an IFA (and boss o' t'swings idst)You should note that this site doesn't check my status as an IFA, so you need to take my word for it. That is probably correct for some people, but I think the emphasis on trust lies with developing long term relationships rather than by the method of communicatoin.
I am none face to face and still manage to build some very good relationships with my clients. I still enjoy face to face work but I do think its possible to give them same level of service over the phone too. At the end of the day its down to the clients lifestyle and preferences as to which method suits them best.I am a Mortgage Adviser
