Oh what a helpful broker

This happened to me ,but the person was just being helpful and it did no harm .Why are you all making such a fuss ?
It was not the person you are talking about,they where really kind and friendly not aggressive and they told me all about how it would not cost me anything to get a mortgage ,not 1% like Mr Wardlaw charges.
I have since taken help from others ,but the person meant well.

Has anyone responded to his PM's and done business with him. I would have thought after he was exposed a little while ago he would have stopped but it appears not.

The fuss is due to him being less than pleasant (Aggressive) to me when I hadn't responded to him in a few hours.

Sending me a KFD quoting a 1% fee and telling me not to worry about that, he wouldn't charge it ???

Calling me - and I quote "The Customer From Hell" when I decided not to proceed with him.

Yes, I did, I wasn't aware he had been exposed before - however his manner soon changed when I started asking some questions

I note you havent told us who this helpful woman adviser was. Why not?

Not true - the brokers on this site do not back stab eachother the majority of us are friends and support eachother if anything - I cannot think of a single broker that I dislike on here

Then a simple word to a moderator would of been far better than an open hanging.

This poor advisor has been hung, drawn and thrown out to the dogs in this thread.

This forum deserves better.
