I suggest you contact Trading Standards (consumer direct) since what you are getting is different from what was promised. With luck you will get more than a few pennies compensation, so spend a few bob on entertainment to take on the aeroplane.0

Best of luck with this. For Long Haul the extra legroom and entertainment is as important as the price IMO.The Thomson website is misleading and I can understand the dissapointment.
If you do manage to cancel, I can recommend First Choice. They have the 33" legroom, seatback tv/films/games etc. Flight nos will begin with FCO- so check b4 you book0 -

I think if they advertise 33 legroom, seatback tv, kids packs and you dont get it then its a trading standards issue.
If the plane breaks down the day b4 you fly and they have to substitute it at the last minute then thats different.

Hi again just looked at My Travel site. as you have booked for extra leg room , meals , fun for the kids , tele at the back of the seat. go into My Travel premier package, all that you have paid for with Thomson is there. if you dont get this take them to court0
