i have mascarpone cheese, bacon and potatoes all due to go out of date and i was wondering if anyone has some ideas of something tasty i can make with them.

How about a creamy potato bake? I'd do something like this - http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/72608/creamy-cheese-and-potato-bake - with added bacon and the mascapone replacing the cream.Back after a very long break!0

id do pasta bake with the cheese and bacon then use the pots for jacket pots even if small cut when cooked and put a dollop of the cheese and some cut chives on to serve

I have had this and it is absolutely gorgeous. You could use the marscapone but I would add a strong cheese on the top in addition.Putting these winter preps here so I don't forget!

Window quilts for landing window & french door
Add shrink film to the kitchen door & insulate
Insulate front door
Bubble wrap windows & french door
Wash front door curtain
Blind for the bathroom
Find wrist warmers & the wool socks!
Wash heated throws
Wash duvet & wool blankets
Buy vest tops to go under clothes and PJs
Buy nets for bathroom and kitchen
