3 store cash back disgrace, please help

on the 20th jan 07 i took out an upgrade on a 12 month contract in exchange for a new nokia 73 , £ 70 to spend instore and 60 credited to account within 60 days, these where the terms in which i signed for the upgrade.
the problem is the store have not credited my account with the 60 pound promised.
to keep it short i rang 3 c/s who rung the store and they said they did not offer me this, but day before this i rang store they said they would credit my account but would take another 60 days , the thing is the sales assistant wrote on my receipt " £ 60 credited to account in 60 days" then he signed this , surely this is proof ?, i only signed the upgrade on the terms what is stated on my receipt, is my contact with 3 still valid as i feel i have been mis sold a contract, what action should i take ?

You don't say which store it was but in any respect I would think your contract is with them (as well as Three) - were they acting on behalf of Three? Go back and speak to the person who edited and signed your receipt, ask them for an explanation - they may not actually have the authority to do what they did! If they do, then ask to speak to their manager and take it up with him/her. If that doesn't work then I would go the the Citizens Advice and find out whether what has transpired is illegal.

update
the store which is a three store at sheffield, they spoke to 3 c/s team and told them they did not offer me that deal , yet it states that deal on the reciept, i have informed consumer direct and have sent a letter to customer services based in glasgow, with a copy of my recepit as proof, so i will update when i hear back from them0
