I think the stats look good, but not as good as some.
There are stats that are better, but then some are worse.0 -
Conversion rate

Fantastic.
Congratulations! :money:0 -
As these sort of statistics are something I will doubtless receive on mine when it goes up for sale - what does "conversion rate" mean please?0

People who click through to your property details from their search0 -
..seem to recall another discussion on 'rightmove' statistics a while ago on MSE:

Personally I think the stats are irrelevant. What matters is viewers and offers.
RM is property !!!!!! and there are many many people out there who will run a search and view details of properties in an area for no reason other than they like looking at them / dreaming about owning it / laughing at the state of them. And they won't necessarily do it just once per property - they may view it again and again over a period of time. I know, I do it
Then there are the "have a look at this" type threads when all of a sudden your property details will effectively be victim of a flash mob.0 -
Or those of us that just want to know what the big house on hill looks like inside0

Can anyone be bothered to reply?
You don't seem like a nice person, but the following isn't meant to be a return in kind (just in case it seems like it).
I don't work in house sales, but track conversions for something else (that makes me money). Your page views to actual house views conversion rate is very poor (1.51%?). If that was for what I'm tracking, then I would need to improve it drastically (to get at least 10%). Sales pitch, presentation and price would be areas to look at.
However, this is a house, you just need one offer to get the required result. You have the 3% problem, though.
Anyway, why do you care about stats? You're not in a rush to sell, apparently. Did you want to try to boast?0
