My EA has sent through my first Rightmove stats.
Can someone please give me an opinion of the following stats on my property:

I assume the stats are quite good, but I've only had 8 viewers (not 500) two silly offers and one serious one, which I am considering.

With that kind of attitude I wouldn't expect many replies...

You have the stats, you know how many people have looked at your listing and how many viewers you have had through the door.

What are you expecting people to tell you?

if 527 people have viewed your property online and only 8 'could be bothered' to view it then it obviously isn't what the other 499 people were looking for...quite simple really.

Opinions of what though? They are some numbers without a link to the property in question.

I don't think you know yourself what you were hoping to gain from this thread... Maybe that's why people "can't be bothered to reply".

Tancred your attitude stinks as shown in your other thread regarding your house pricing at £267k. 2 hours is not a great amount of time to leave it before posting a snotty message

What do you want opinions on, the stats themselves? Noone knows if that is good or not compared to other houses in your area.

I have experience of these stats, I received the same report for my house. I hadn't had any viewings at this stage. Again, I'm not sure what you require from us.

Some facts:

1) You have the stats
2) You have had viewings and an offer on the table
3) We don't know the area or anything about your house

How are we able to help you interpret them based on the above? What are you hoping to gain from this thread? I have absolutely no idea what you are looking for so how can anyone possibly help you? I don't see why anyone would want to help you either :rotfl:

I understand how Rightmove stats work but I can't be bothered in this case.....
