Mr Skint had the right idea, visit https://www.bleepingcomputers.com there is plenty of information there that will help you.
Have you tried looking in add/remove programs and unistalling it there whilst in safe mode. Whilst there also run adaware, spybot and microsoft anti spyware.

Think I may of had a similar problem last year, couldn't remove the offending program via add/remove program or by running Adaware (kept on showing registry errors amongst others which it couldn't remove).
Followed the link belows advice about disabling system restore and then running Adaware (then re-enabling system restore), this cleared my PC, may work on yours?

Think after completing above I may have had to fix the registry (think windows prompted me to do this) though I may be mistaken on this, I'm affraid PC's are largely a mystery to me.0 -
