What payg budget smartphone to buy FEB 2013

What payg smartphone can I buy for 100 to 130 this month, I got the alcatel 990 which has 3.5" screen android and network 02, what I want is at least 4" maybe snapdragon processor, maybe the Huawei Ascend G300 Vodafone or nokia or htc z , thankyou in advance

    I've got this one, and there is a very long thread about it (for when we got them from Tesco for £60. You may still be able to get it from Very within your price range, but I would try to find that thread.

  • If you can stretch your budget a bit then go for the Nokia 620 on O2 for £150 + top up.

    Good quality screen, NFC, front facing camera and a dual core 1ghz S4 processor (very decent indeed). Windows phone isn't everyone's cup of tea but I would suggest it's a considerably more capable phone than those you've mentioned in your post.
  • Agree with previous post, the Nokia Lumia 620 is outstanding value on O2 for £150.
