    I think the cardless atm feature referred to is the getcash feature for smartphones. It was prone to fraud and was withdrawn/disappeared (depending on your perspective. This is the first I've head that anyone at natwest says it will be back.

    OP, if you find a bank that will let anyone other than the account-holder deal with the account, then remove your business from it immediately.

    I think the OP was frustrated that no one he spoke to explained to him all of the above advice that people have posted above but let him and a 14 year old jump through hoops before telling them they were not going to help .
    I am a branch based bank worker and all the time have to deal with customers who come in with steam coming out of their ears after a frustrating call to telephone banking . I know all about security but some times the way they have dealt with people beggars belief !

    So had the replacement card been received ? If it had, then the error is with the OP really.

    Well now you know the question types their is nothing wrong with calling again:

    The most common 2QV (2 Question Verification) questions are:

    * Whats your DOB
    * Whats your overdraft limit
    * Do you pay any DDs from the Account
    * When was it last paid and the amount
    * Whats the balance on the account
    * Do you hold any other accounts
    * Last eight digits of your card number

    A non 0845 number for Actionline is 023 8022 6443.

    Nice one there, RBSG employee, disclosing the security questions that RBSG reps ask people...

    It's common hardly top secret as you need to know the answers to them. Even nationwide use the same questions. In fairness there typical bank type if questions to identify a customer.

    The get cash app has been re-introduced to the natwest app today.

    Surely the overdraft limit for a 14 year old would be zero??

    Thanks, I missed it, it was useful for me. Although I may be in the minority. Hope your eye's recovering nicely.
