    Xmas Saver!
We've just scrapped one car in our house, I got yellow pages, rang round a few dealers - ours was a 1995 Astra (but was road worthy) one local dealer offered me £70 and they would collect it, no hassle, no probs.

I ended up driving it to another scrap yard and got £140.

When I had my car wrote off few yrs ago, i just rang up scrap yard they collected - done and dusted.
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

    Not at all sensible.

It's got no road tax and it's not insured

The offered values I saw differed by £10 between collection or taking the car there.

That's a very expensive risk for £10 extra

As well as the fact that it isn't driveable!

Have got it sorted with car take back - thanks for the input everyone
