Topcashback is a scam?
I have been used 'Top Cashback' site for months and I received the several emails from 'Top Cashback' regarding "Transaction Notification". However, I can not log in my account with correct email and password anymore, When I want to made payment on 'Top Cashback' site. I opened the email and clicked the link which from 'Top Cashback' site, it is still no working. I tried to contact the customer service team, but just reply once as below and no further help.
