3 Contract to PAYG Mobile

I have a dongle that was on contract (ended now). Can I now use it as a PAYG dongle? Will I have to get another sim?

Yes you should be able to use your dongle.
Few weeks ago, I bought a Huawei E3131 dongle with a T-Mobile PAYG Mobile Broadband SIM from Curry's for £10.
Got an unlock code for £1 from eBay. Now I use that dongle with Voda and 3 (SambaMobile).

Yes, you can.

You can buy a new SIM(if it fits your pattern of usage) until expiry and just destroy the old contract SIM.
Alternatively, you can try a 1 month contract if you need a larger allowance of up to 10GB per month. Don't forget the Cashback.
