Surely Link were the worst insurer - you must have received a few props & covernotes back in the post refusing cover as they didn't like the proposers "surname"??
And what about Cloverleaf? Great for short period taxi business but in 7 years of dealing with them I don't think I ever actually received a policy/cert from them - we always had a cupboard full of their covernote books as certs never arrived! All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.0 -
Hi seven4774, sorry to hear about the problem you've experienced. We'd like to look into this case and see why it was declined - please could you email your name and policy number to swiftcoverpressoffice@swiftcover.com so that we can look into it for you?
Thanks“Official Company Representative

Ah yes Link another I forgot about as I never bothered to use them as they would refuse cover for no apparent reason and cancel with no notice.
As you say they would refuse certain surnames and wanted a driving licence for every case.
I think if Swift and 1st Central dealt with brokers they would be up there with Pegasus.
The joys of not having to deal with car insurance anymore, such a labour intensive business for hardly any money and there are always problems.0
