Okay so I had lines on my OPK but they definitely werent as dark as they could/should have been. I have cysts on my ovary (only have one ovary due to ruptured cyst when i was 13yrs and subsequent removal of that ovary :( ) but have conceived my son so obviously it worked at one point (albeit nearly 9 years ago!!)

But i read that OPK's (even the posh ones lol) arent reliable if u have PCOS... BUT i have also read that clear blue ones are better and still CAN work with PCOS. So - Anyone with any experience? Am i wasting my time - especially with the IC's? Is it worth getting a Clear Blue posh jobby - and if yes, which one (normal, advance etc!)
Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?

I hate google. Have self diagnosed a short luteal phase...and found discussions where people have said the NHS do not take this seriously or treat. Know I may be over reacting, but wondered what people have done in a similar situation? From other discussions different vitamins have been mentioned and I know some of you on here have been trying them out - any recommendations?

    Hi ladies,

I got my day 21 bloods back today, with perfect progesterone and thyroid results. So the answer's not there... i have a scan and day 3 bloods booked, just waiting on Af who should be here tomorrow, she's almost never late. Bloody b*tch, i hate her. Have been feeling like i'd like to rip OH's arms off and then beat him over the head with them, so she's definately on her way. :(

Jeez what a violent post, soz guys ! I know you know how i'm feeling :o
  • Hi Tia I had a 9/10 day lp and started taking 50 mg of b6 this month(ordered from Amazon).

You'll see am currently on 15dpo and no af yet.... Definitely doing something. After chemical couple of months ago I really wanted to lengthen my lp although I would now like af to make an appearance!

Home now and have hashed thing out. Turns out DH is upset at the NHS for not investigating what's wrong with me, not me. He didn't exactly do a good job of explaining that, but we are better now.

On the plus side, I found a £5 note at the train station. :)

Mrs TM, sorry to hear about the GP. I was wondering if you can do WW online now, so you don't have to travel there?

    Big hugs xxx

  • Thanks for the welcome Disney_Pluto :) Sorry to hear you're feeling down after your wedding. Fingers crossed it happens for you soon.

Hugs Mrs_T_M for your GP being an asshat. Sorry you are struggling at the minute. Losing weight is do hard, I don't think Drs always realise how difficult it is and it gets all tied up with your self esteem which makes it even harder.
