Samtoby - so so sorry to read your news. Please take care and be kind to yourself, thinking of you and your OH. As for conception vitamins, I take Tesco own pregnancy support, which is also suitable for ttc and after . They're £3 for a pack of 30 and are nearly always on 3 for 2, so 3 months for £6 is pretty good.

Faith - huge congratulations! Hope you have a great 9 months.

Codemonkey - really hope the moth flying up your dress is some kind of weird sign that this is your month!

Mrs_T_M - thanks as always for the lists. You sound like a lady of many talents and I'm interested to hear more about your homemade lipbalms - bit of an addict!

MrsMuffin - hope you had a nice time camping! Can completely relate to the freak about about having a baby and not feeling 100% ready. I'm 31 too and still feel about 17 in my head. Sometimes feel so broody I could burst, yet other times it's like the worst idea ever! Would be really gutted if it never happened for us, though.

Kalama - How exciting about the move back here! Hope all goes smoothly.Yep, my vitamins very often cause a horrible wave of nausea a little while after taking them so I try to take them with food and it seems to lessen the effect a bit.

littleme82 - Hope the doctor gets back in touch soon and you're feeling ok after your funny turn.

Loulou123 - yay to a more normal cycle! Boo to AF though.

Tinkwings - huge hugs for CD1.

Not much going on here, just waiting for AF to start sometime in the next week or so. Finally have a scan date for next week, so fingers crossed that's all clear and we can get back on it next month.

Oh no! samtoby, I'm so sorry to hear your news. Take care of yourself. I take b vitamins, folic acid (also a b vitamin) and extra vitamin c and d. There are some other supplements I've tried like agnus castus and maca but those mess with your cycles so take with caution. Huge hugs.

The moth thing was so weird. I wasn't wearing tights at the time because I was really itchy and so when it flew up my dress I could feel it's wings beating against my bum and thighs. I thought that was very cheeky of it without buying me dinner.

Hi, so sorry to hear your news Samtoby - hugs xx

My doctor has called me back and she really is so good :) She agrees that I should double the dosage from next cycle - bless her she keeps saying "if" its necessary.

She has also booked me in to see her locum whilst she is away in September with notes that we are to be referred to the FS as a private patient. Again she said "if" its necessary.

She obviously has more optimism than we do.

    xx

I'm sorry to hear your news samtoby. I hope the operation goes ok. I've started taking folic acid but unsure if I need anything else.

I haven't picked out a recipe yet, but pinterest is brimming with them! I already use coconut oil on/in many things, so I'm trying to find one based on that and beeswax. I'm a big fan of Burt's Bees lip balm (tin, tube, you name it, I love it), but they are soooo expensive here! I'm accustomed to paying $1 for a tube of it, $2 for a tin (with twice as much in it), so seeing it yesterday at nearly £5 a tube was a shock!

Big hugs samtoby I cant imagine the pain you must be feeling but I hope your operation goes "well" for you if you see what I mean. Be kind to yourself and make sure you give yourself plenty of time to grieve xx

As far as vitamins are concerned I wanted to let you ladies know holland and barret have their penny sale on so I just got 2 big tubs of agnus castus for £15 instead of £30 yay! I also take high dose vitamin B complex and a prenatal vitamin too ( I rattle when I walk lol) I don't dare not take them cos otherwise my lp drops to 8 days!

feeling a bit down today, I had my exit review for an NVQ I've been doing and basically let rip about the lack of support I've been given. They don't know anything about my ttc etc but even so since I started my NVQ in september I have been in a 12 week service review, been put at risk of redundancy, done a massive job swap, been saved from losing my job, taken on extra responsibilities, been through the illness and subsequent death of my SIL and they haven't even offered me any flexibility at all even though they are being paid to support people in training. Combine that with my 2 MC and I'm amazed I haven't had a nervous breakdown! It's been the first time I sat and thought about all I've been through without compartmentalising it so it hit me that it truly has been the year from hell.

I have to say your story about the cheeky moth did make me smile though code!

    hugs to all xx
