That must be it for me too this month as it's still showing a high today so that will be the last stick i wee on this cycle and will just let it play out until af. Even though we did bd cd9, 12 and 14 I really don't think we have caught it this month. I will guess 3dpo and I'm cd16.

Re helpful advice, the other day my MIL who is wonderful and was trying desperately to make me feel better said "don't be despondent". I had a bit of a go at her (but then apologised). But seriously - TTC for nearly a year and I shouldn't get despondent?

Morning ladies,

Have been reading and trying to keep up as much as possible!

Wow June has been a rubbish month for BFPs! Anyone left to test in the next couple of days?

I've had a strange month TTC wise. Got a +OPK on CD15 (and DTD) then flew out on holiday the following day and didn't take any TTC stuff with me to check ov but did manage to DTD the next 2 days. Was expecting AF CD29 but she didn't arrive until CD34!! My longest cycle yet.
Do you think flying can mess around with ov? Very strange.

So anyway I am currently CD3 please and feeling down.

This cycle will be a bit of a write off too as OH away when I'm CD15-21 so no chance of any BD when needed!

Its been a year since starting TTC so need to get moving with booking in with the doctor.

Think I might start telling family (mother and MIL) and hope I get a good response like many of you ladies have.

Didn't work the first month but we didn't give up and relaxed?...they're not real.

CD14 today and OV should be imminent. Managed a quicky BD this morning just in time before DS woke up. Didn't manage yesterday because of DS being up loads during the night. So that's only twice so far one on CD12 and now. Maybe get another one in tonight. If DS wants a sibling he better sleep during the critical time. I guess for us it also takes longer because we missed a few fertile windows that way but hey ho. We've only been trying for 09 months and it is only recently that we really try to make an effort after we had the chat. I give myself another 3 months then we might have to resort to popping home at lunch when DS isn't there like in the movie Maybe Baby, lol.

Have you ever noticed that in every article about infertility there's always one person who comments "I have the opposite problem. I get pregnant if a man looks at me!". In what universe is that helpful???

Seriously, this woman has said that I can phone her if I need anyone to talk to about it but as she's full of advice about just relaxing and so on, I think I'd lamp her. So glad I have you guys.

So, I've been wondering if maybe I need to go back and see another GP. I've been walking 6 miles a day lately (gps tracking on a walking app), eating less than normal (although still too much rubbish but much less than before) and the scales are not moving. I should be making some progress right??

Code, have you tried tracking it all on a website like my fitness pal? It can be good to know exactly what your eating.

Well, I finally gave in and tested. I decided to use a test I already had instead of CBFM as I don't want to store wee if I don't have to.

Anyway.....BFP!!!! Took a photo on camera and iphone but don't know how to get it on here. I couldn't believe it!! Even tho I could see two lines I was just in disbelief...sinking in a bit now.

Big thanks to all of you for your support and advice. I was a bit clueless when I started. Particular thanks to Becca who first got me on the right track advising that we might have run out of steam by ov. I've found out that I ov between CD16-18 even tho my cycles were 28 - 31 and I was one of those naive people who thought Day 14 was it. Last month I started using OPKs and this month have had the CBFM trial. I'm 41 so hopefully that will give some hope to the older ladies on here.

I will miss you all ( I can't promise not to lurk ). Wishing you all lots of baby dust - there are still a few spaces to be filled on the June BFP list
