Yeah I got a high early too Faith but that's actually kind of annoying.0

Hello my lovelies!! I'm back off my hols and raring to go!!
Becca, thank you for keeping up to date with the lists - I havent checked back to where you've got me but I'm on CD11 today so if you could add me onto the next update that would be great!!CD1 was the first day of my holiday - oh the joys!!
After having a chat with a friend who's going through the same stuff as me, I've decided to really try and take charge of TTC once and for all. I'm still losing weight and seeing the FS but I know there are a lot of things that I can be doing more to help myself. I havent charted since I found out about my PCOS but I'm still nowhere near understanding what my body is doing so I'm going to restart to see if I can learn a bit more about what my stupid body is doing!! I'm a woman on a mission now!! :rotfl:0 -
I went to Boots today to buy Conceive + but they didnt have any at all - instead they had something called BalanceActiv Conceive for £12.99 - described as a fertility spray. Has anyone ever heard of this before or used it. It sounded pretty similar to the other products but never heard it mentioned before?0

All day I've felt like AF is going to arrive, stomach cramps on and off and feeling bit Urmm damp (sorry that's far to much info,) but couldn't think of nice way of putting it!
But still nothing at all.
As to the weight loss, I've been eating more healthily recently, as I lost 10kg for my wedding 18 months ago and gradually its all crept back on.0 -
Hello my lovelies
Thank you for all the well wishes re my migraine. Feeling LOADS better now
Ttc39 - have a wonderful holiday!
Becca - thank you for doing a wonderful job on the lists as alwaysx
Claire - imitation is the sincerest form of flatterystill a bit weird tho!! X
Littleme - I've used conceive plus (also got it in the sale from boots). First couple of months we just rubbed it on hubbybut last month I decided to up my game and use it 'internally'. To be honest, I don't like it. It's runny, smells funny and hasn't worked! However, I'm not willing to risk not using it lol :rotfl: Not used anything else so can't comment. Never even heard of BalanceActiv. Will have to have a google!
Squ1rrel - hope you had an awesome holiday!
Kynthia - I'm also an accountant! I fell into it by accident and all my friends laugh as I'm notoriously bad at maths and barely passed my GCSE. Ironically I'm a pretty good accountant tho lol. The person who invented calculators is a genius :rotfl:
Pommeverte - I would love to be a nurse - it must be so rewarding. Unfortunately I'm super squeamish and just couldn't do the dressing wounds kind of things!
Sjlou - I think we're cycle buddies this monthAnyway, as for the 5:2 diet, yesterday I had strawberries for breakfast at about 8am (c60 calories), yoghurt and banana for lunch at 12pm (c150 calories) and then a prawn and tomato salad for dinner at about 7pm (c300 calories). I drank lots of water and green tea to try to stop the hunger! My poor stomach rumbled all day lol.
The book is really good (£2.99 from the works online or instore) and explains that the longer you can go without eating the better. Therefore I'd prefer to split my fast so that I eat breakfast, skip lunch and then have dinner. But my rumbling tummy would disturb the whole office if I did that!! :rotfl:
Picklekin - hope you are feeling better x
Loulou - hope you get a BFP or AF soon. I agree with others and think you should go see the doctor if nothing happens soon x
Tia - hugs for annoying cycles! X
Faithhope - your old boss sounds brilliant! I'm really looking forward to being a stay at home mummy.
Faith2009 - my CBFM also gave me really early highs last month. Second month using it and its asked for the first stick today (CD7). Was pretty annoyed cos it means it'll cost me more! I don't think it needs sticks from me until cd10!
Partmouse - hope you're not too tired today and that you get a better night sleep tonight x
Blimey that was a long one! Hope everyone else is well!
Not much to report from me. Non fast day today :T next fast day is Thursday. Low on the CBFM today. Got my conceive plus ready to go and gonna try and hit the smep plan hard this month too. Hubby won't know what hit him! :rotfl: X0 -

Lemon Tree pup sounds gorgeous! Do you have a pic?
loulou that's good on weight loss!! My drs wouldn't do anything for 3 months but it's worth going and seeing what they say.

Squirrel - you go for it !0 -
This might sound odd but I apply my conceive plus using a syringe. Stops the stickiness. I figure it also helps it get to the cervix and hopefully help the swimmers. Of course, I'm still here so what do I know?Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
