Just popping in as got a stupid migraine
had it all day pretty much so I'm off to bed now to try to sleep it off.
I'm doing the 5:2 diet so not sure if my headache is related to that as I read that starting it out can cause headaches! I'm rubbish at dieting, exercising or healthy eating etc and this diet seems like the only one I'll be able to stick to so I really hope it isn't that!!
Hope everyone is ok xxx0 -

I used to work in fashion buying. Now I work with kids as hoping to go into social work or kids/families charity type work once once we've had kids. So at the moment I'm on a major salary drop & need to get pregnant!
Just been reading that folic acid is good for men too can help chromosome stuff in sperm. Another pill for DH to take along with eating his walnuts :rotfl:
The other day DH needed a sleeping tablet so I gave him one & then said 'whoops sorry that's a period pain tablet!' The look on his face! Then I said to him I should have said ovulation tablet as that would have been even better!
Hope you feel better soon bex migraines are awful.0 -

Are you sure it isn't brazil nuts that he should be taking? It's the selenium that's needed and brazil nuts are the highest natural source whereas walnuts don't even have a fraction of the amount brazils nuts have. You even have to be careful on how many you eat as you can get selenium toxicity from eating too many.Elsie - so u are a teacher too?

I'm a Management Accountant which although I don't love in the way that people in a vocation love their jobs, but I do enjoy being a qualified professional and doing reasonably well in my career. However the stress has been really bad for the last 18 months and recently I've even felt it's been so bad it's affecting my fertility.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0 -
