Oh no. I just went to order some ic's and saw the bad reviews saying they'd not picked up their pregnancies that other higher mui/lower sensitivity tests had clearly detected... :o I can't help but wonder now :o I need to just KNOW. I bought a couple of Superdrug tests today - they're supposed to be good, sensitive, reliable. If no AF, I'll try one tomorrow. Even I know this is getting ridiculous :o I feel like one of those crazy women! :o

Does this work? Tiny pink line in real life, faint in this photo
I might not be the most reliable at this point ;) but I see it too. A line, not even just a smudge like mine ;)

I can see a very very slight line Becca. Easier on my phone than on the computer.

If I zoom in on the computer so the image becomes pixelated then there are definitely a couple of pixels that are dark - although not all the way down the line.

Its hard not to get excited but I dont like to get peoples hopes up either.

Have you got anymore tests left? Maybe you will get a better line tomorrow fingers toes crossed!

DH is coming home hopefully within an hour. I told him we can bd as soon as he gets in then he's off the hook for however long he wants as it will be the 2ww lol!

I can see a line, altho it is faint. If it was me, with FMU I would do another FRER and if there was another line then I would do a digi. Fingers tightly crossed for you Becca xxx

BZ - not that I should be encouraging this behaviour, but my IC tests were rubbish this last time and hardly showed a line at all. Having said that, as it was a chemical pregnancy and only stuck around for 7 days, maybe they were more accurate in a way as I presume my levels weren't doubling or increasing in the way in which they should. I think if you have a hint of a line on an IC then its worthwhile to do a 'better' test iyswim, be it a FRER or a digi. Good luck xx

    Hugs for CD1 Teamlowe.

Hugs for your rubbish day Amy.

Rum - thats fab news, thank you for the update. So looking forward to that.

  • I don't want to make people too hopeful but when I got my bfp the first one I did was an ic and the line was so feint I had to hold it up to the light and squint quite a bit to see it. I really couldn't tell if there was anything there or not. The digi with the same fmu sample said 2-3 weeks. I no longer trust those ic tests.
If at first you dont succeed, try, try again

copied from front page, so if its accurate:

Superdrug Own Brand (pink box - states can use 4 days before late AF on box) 10mIU
First Vue dip tests (poundland) - 25mIU
One step midstream (ALDI) - 25mIU
    Clearblue - 25mIU
    Clearblue Digital - 50mIU
First response early response - 12.5mIU
    Boots own brand - 25mIU/50mIU
    Sainsburys own - 15mIU
    Tesco own - 25mIU
    ASDA own - 25mIU
CBD with conception indicator - 25mIU

So maybe hold off on using the digi, and buy another cheaper test tomorrow?

I've always got a digi result after a cheapie TLP. Only Clearblue though. If you can hold your wee for 3-4 hours then you could do the digi.

  • Keeping my fingers crossed for you Becca.

Nothing to report here, still waiting OV, still no idea if my temps are right and now hubby is in a huff with me because I've basically been a psycho woman today going off it at pathetic little things. He's took himself off upstairs so might take a cuppa up to him as a peace offering :o Need to be in is good books as im still hoping that I'll OV this weekend so we need to get some BD in, though I've had no CM so not so sure I will be.
