I saw a lovely handmade picture of the owl and the !!!!!cat in the pea-green boat.

:rotfl: I can't believe exclamation marks have replaced word above in my post! I'm sure you can all work it out. :rotfl:

Danielly - I'm off to see my GP on Monday morning to see what the next step is too. I've had a 21 day blood test and my hubbie's had his SA. So I'll let you know what she says.

Samtoby - Come back and say hi. I can understand you being unsure about your bfp with the line being so faint but I'm so happy for you.

Becca0417 - You're not alone with the body hair issue so I hope you feel better. Sorry if this is tmi but I really don't like the dark hairs I get around my nipples. I really don't want hubbie to ever see that but I know it's normal. We aren't hairless creatures and we aren't that different to men. I hope you have a lovely anniversary, I bet you can't believe a year has gone by. :)

Claire16C - I'm glad it's not just me leaving hair everywhere. I have long blond hair and I have this bad stress habit of pulling them out one by one all evening. They end up covering the carpet, blocking the plug hole and filling the car! Thanks for the comment about the picture. It's this seagreen/dark acqua background with a big white moon, glitter for stars and cute different buttons for the eyes on the animals. Maybe I'll theme a room on just that poem or maybe on various different well known children's tales.

Sophiasmum - Try not to put pressure on yourself and I hope you feel better today. Is there anything you could do this afternoon that would make you feel better, maybe treat yourself in some way or go somewhere and have a nice time?

Is anyone else trying to not buy clothes? I read it's one of the things to do/not do when trying to conceive, as they won't fit when you're pregnant and you're body shape will be different after so they still might not fit and therefore be a waste of money. I try not to but still end up with the odd thing or buy stuff that won't be too affected by a shape change like this lovely mint green summer cardigan I bought yesterday. :D

Also is anyone into feng shui? My Brighton friend is a qualified consultant and gave me a few tips for getting pregnant. Apparently we need to show symbolically that we are ready for a baby by making a space for it. I haven't done this as we are selling this flat and won't be here. Also it's good to have around you pictures and symbols of conception, fertility, children and family life, particularly in the West side of your home or your bedroom. Your bedroom is also important at this time, so it should be decluttered, restful and not too feminine or masculine but balanced. Also you shouldn't have books, computers and TVs in there and you should try not to disturb the area under your marital bed until you concive as it disrupts the energy. Hope no-one is offended by this, I just thought it was interesting and couldn't hurt.
Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!

OH is so so so so pleased, he was getting really down about it this month so this is a great surprise for him! He didn't even tell me off for waking him up waving the test in his face at 8.30! :p

As for if we did anything different... we didn't! We only actually DTD once over OV on my first peak day. Must have just been our time. :o Actually I'm sure the Fates have decided it's our time; concieved on my birthday weekend, due around our wedding anniversary and I should be past the morning sickness stage by the time we go on holiday in September! :T

No SS, just the little bit of spotting and the AF-esque cramps on Friday.

Oh and what did I say about wasting money buying a Mooncup?! Never been so happy to have wasted £21 though!! :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!
