    Hi all

    Congrats Mincepie!

Welcome back Vesper - I remember seeing your threads a couple of months ago - hope things have got much better for you.

Having a cr*ppy 48 hours - feeling very down at the moment and it feels like I seem to spend all my time doing things for other people and never anything for me.

Currently on CD4 and AF arrived 2 hours after I did a IC test on Sunday morning and it came back with a BFN. Was so hopeful as I'd finally shown signs of OV on the CBFM and we BD'd on the right days too but still nothing.

Am barely talking to hubby so have decided not to bother taking my Pregnacare tablets for a couple of days now - haven't bothered handing hubby his ones either - no point, I'm on the blob and we'd never BD at the moment, talking is difficult enough ;o(

    Love to you all
    Gelly

Becca - sorry your scan didn't go very well. Fingers crossed that you don't need further steps, but if you do, I hope the IUI works out. This will all be worth it in the end when all us old timers have our miracle babies.

Gelly - I do that with the tablets too. Every time I get the warning AF signs I drink loads of caffeine and refuse to take my folic acid. Take that folic acid!!

Vesper - Welcome back. Glad things are back to normal. It's good to see you.

Time2deal - Fingers crossed its not just a delayed AF.

Angeltreats - infertility is a horrible word, and I totally get why it would upset you. Try to think of it as infertility tests rather than a definition though - your tests may all be normal. I hope so.

Another one in the huff here. Just waiting to ov and was doing the ov test and dipped the stick and then realised it was a pregnancy one that had found its way into the ov tests. Of course, I hoped there was some miracle and it would go positive but of course not. My ov test wasn't positive either.

So overly sick of this scientific approach. Pee on this, then have sex if and only if the little bit of cardboard and mouse cells says its time. If I had a normal husband with a normal sex drive we could just dtd every couple of days, but I fall in love with a panda who would be happy if we never had sex again. Also struggling with my best friend's pregnancy - she hasn't mentioned it on facebook or bombarded me with the scan photos but, it still happened on the first month which seems so, so unfair.

Scamp is still sick - he's coughing a bit and the vet says he needs to rest - try telling him that when he's haring about demanding that we throw his ball. He is adorable though. Big, sad spaniel eyes, waggy tail and a total cuddle machine - if DH so much as holds my hand he's over demanding we both hug him. Everyone loves him. We took him to see my parents and my mum was slipping him bits of bacon and jammy dodgers and my dad, who wasn't keen on us getting a dog, fell madly in love with him and we were lucky to get him home. At the moment he's making me feel better by acting as a furry foot warmer.

Hugs for anyone that needs one. I'd offer a bit of my massive Teasers bar but I demolished that in 10 minutes earlier when I was feeling sad.

Sounds like a plan. Can we build a fort full of jaffa cakes with a "no fertiles allowed" sign?
