Trying for a Baby Part 9

Morning all - happy Bank Holiday. I'm not at all bitter that it's a normal working day for me
Huge, huge congrats BZ - like I said I have been a scary stalker lurker for some time, and am so thrilled for you.
Twigpig - I'm hoping that the delights of Messers Sainsburys and Waitrose make up for the quite horrific change in climate we will experience. Each time we come back I walk into my local Sainsburys and want to cry. So, so easy....all in one place!
Code - hope Scamp is OK. We've had our nutjob for just over a year now, and I really panicked the first couple of times she was not quite right. I still wake up at the smallest noise from her during the night.
Big slabs of chocolate to those who has had a visit from the nasty moo-bag. I'm expecting the urgent need for chocolate and wine any time now.
Have to sit down and get some uni work done tonight. Final piece of work for this course is due at the end of the month. Really should make a start...."No society can surely be flourishing and happy of which by far the greater part of the numbers are poor and miserable"Adam Smith6/300 -
Morning Ladies
Hugs to Mrs T M and angeltreats for af and for any others the witch caught
unfortunately I have to add myself to that list as I am now CD2 after having a lp so short I may as well have jumped straight from ov to af humph.
It's partly my fault, was pondering whether the ac and vit B were actually helping my lp or whether it was sorting itself out on its own as I'd been so long off the pill now so I stopped taking them. I guess I got my answer! I'm definately back on the tablets this month as I now know after my little experiment that I absolutely need to be taking them.
Oh well onwards and upwards, wanted to say good luck to all the ladies doing the CB trial this month fingers crossed it works its magic for you all xx
Atton good luck for you and your oh's tests hopefully you can get some answers and a plan for the future.
Code give scamp a hug for me I'm sure angeltreats is right and he's just a bit unsettled.
Hugs to all0 -
I hate it when you get high temps right at the end of the luteal phase (right before a big crash) it leads you on!
Amen to that!
Ruth - My OH is Dutch so we are going to visit his mum and then all his friends and other relatives are going to vist during the week. Can't wait, it is 2 years since we have been over there.
Mrs T_M - Sorry sorry that af has arrived I was getting really excited for you.
Angeltreats - Big hugs for CD1
Atton - Glad to see you back. You are not stupid you and your OH have a lot to cope with and you are DH doing the best you can.
Code - He is probably just adjusting to his new situation. Are you feeding him on the same stuff he had at the dog home?0 -
Angeltreatsbig hugs for CD1. I know we talked about the Malteaser Bars of chocolate a while ago : well apparently they are 2 for £3 in Sainsbury's at the moment... You deserve wine and choc! As do you purcy and Mrs TM for CD2. Well done on the pma !
Code big hug for you being worried and big belly tickle for Scamp - hope he's better soon
Firefly your holiday sounds wonderful - I bet it's amazing seeing your OH around all the people he grew up with. I love meeting / being around my DH's long time friends as it's lovely finding out all the things I never knew that I never knew about him!
Atton you are far from stupid. You have an awful lot on your plate and don't need "helpful" advice from apparently well meaning family members to add to that. I don't know much about SH but I do hope you won't be too shy to ask for help. I'm sure DH knows how much you love him and that it's not really you talking, it's the horrible black cloud you carry around called depression :kisses3:
Off picnicking this afternoon - it's almost never like this on a bank holiday so I plan on making today a "Two Ice Cream" day0 -
Thank you everyone xx0

Poor wee soul has kennel cough so is feeling a bit icky. So I took him into the bathroom with me when I showered and he seems to be feeling a bit better even if he is in the huff that he didn't get bacon. Poor Scamp.
Sorry for the CD1s.
Mincepie - 2 ice cream day sounds good. 2 tubs of ice cream counts right?
Big Scamp hugs and facelicks for anyone who needs them.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
I have two very insane bunnies dashing about (we didn't get up until 11:30, so they've only just been let out) running up and down the stairs waiting on DH to get out of the shower (come play with us daddy!) and sliding around the tiled floor in the kitchen. We were able to finally make the kitchen bunny safe two days ago, and my bunny loves going to the back door and looking out into the garden. The garden is now bunny safe as well thanks to our wonderful landlord, so they get to go outside and play with us once in a while as well. Even though they cause no end of trouble, I'm very glad we got them. They were originally bought as therapy bunnies for me, and they have definitely helped!
I'm sitting here eating chocolate because I told DH that he could cook today. Woke in the middle of the night with cramps too. Ugh. At least I get to be with DH today, take it easy and cross stitch more!
Gigantic hugs for everyone!0 -

I love doggy huffs - ours was a stroppy mare all day yesterday cos we didn't take her out. I kept walking her to the edge of the porch and showing her it was full on monsoon outside - she still didn't get it. Stoopid animal. She perked up a bit when she got some of the leftover roast though.....]
Glad that it is nothing too awful - hope he feels better soon."No society can surely be flourishing and happy of which by far the greater part of the numbers are poor and miserable"Adam Smith6/300 -
Kalama, we get the same treatment from one of our cats when it's horrible outside but she wants to go out and play. It is OUR fault that it's raining/cold and we should fix it for her, and we should also stand by the back door opening it and closing it every five minutes so she can check if it's still raining/cold, and when we don't comply she sulks, but in the most obvious showy offy way she can manage. She has a proper grumpy face she puts on, it's hilarious, and then she sulks even more when we laugh at her :rotfl:

This sounds very familiar
Gah - just trying to get my head around what vitamins to start taking. What (if anything) do you all take? The enormous range of folic acids with different extra bits is bewildering."No society can surely be flourishing and happy of which by far the greater part of the numbers are poor and miserable"Adam Smith6/300
