Huge congrats to BZ!

I've taken the pregnancy test that they want you to at the beginning of the trial because I'm bleeding, but not nearly as much as I normally would when starting AF. The test is obviously a CB one, (stupid blue ink!) and I cannot tell if it's + or -... Posting a photo for your thoughts. I know time will tell and if the bleeding goes away I'll definitely be testing again soon. This cycle we didn't keep up with anything, no temping, no bothering with looking at cm, nothing. Today is CD29 (which is equal to my longest cycle). I'm leaning towards neg on the test honestly.

Um, it looks positive to me... But the line is a bit off centre so possibly might be an evap line? Do you have another test you could try?

The only tests I have are the ones that clearblue sent for the trial. If I'm still iffy by Monday I'll go buy some. I'm bleeding a bit, but not much and zero cramps and no pms like I normally do. Granted, that may be due to my new-ish medication.

I can see the beginning of a line but like angeltreats said it does look a little off centre. Keeping my fingers crossed for you though Mrs T!

Fingers crossed. Blue dye are notorious for evaps, try a pink one xx

Looks positive to me, Mrs_T_M. Those clearblue ones often do look darker on one side than the other. Mine did. Try a First Response.

As an aside, yours is precisely the type of picture that satisfies my BFP pic !!!!!!. I know it's all digi this and digi that these days, but you can't beat a good old-fashioned 'two liner'.

I told dh afterwards, when I was recounting the story of testing to him, that I was worried they wouldn't work cos they were out of date and he got really worried that that meant the result wasn't accurate and maybe I didn't get the bfp, bless him

This post (and lots of others!) really makes me smile dh had a nosey on here and the 12m+ thread and welled up too :A

Managed to keep it from siblings this weekend. Dh wants to tell parents before any other family, which is fair enough, and only wants to do that when the idea's settled in a bit

Bz I think you have given a lot of us hope. I've all but given up on clomid but you've really made me feel like it can happen now. Think we are all just so excited for you!!!

I'd try another test mrs TM. Just because those blue line ones do tend to have a bad rep for evap lines.

I am not going to be impressed if that happens to me when I have to use that test in about 9 days! Talk about getting your hopes up. Mind you I think that at 14dpo a test will be positive with no squinting required so I will just need to remind myself of that!
