Not sure what could be happening Loulou?! You think the discharge could be CM? Or leftovers? Are you sure you OV'd when you thought you did? Our stupid bodies really love to mess us around some months don't they?!

I think the discharge today could be CM don't think its leftovers as haven't BD for ages due to spotting etc.

Am pretty sure I ovalated when I thought, as the initial spotting occurred on the exact day AF was due, which makes me think I ovalated at that time.

Boobs were slightly sore last night and I'm so tired today too which is unlike me (i could literally fall asleep right now, but I just don't know why!

Googled whether you could still be pregnant and get a neg test this late, there does seem to be cases of it, but I'm thinking its more of a "urban myth" then something that actually happens in real life....so I'm not holding out much hope at all.

Would've rather just had normal AF then this, as at least with normal AF you can move on to the next month.

If you look at my charts you will see I get a different temp in each chart at ov day, so it's hard to tell until you've put more temps in. You're basically looking for the second part of the chart to be at higher temps, you can't tell so much with just a few. So I'd temp until around 6dpo as often my temp takes a few days to go up but steadily does it, then around 5 or 6dpi goes up again & you really notice the shift. Hence I think why FF waits for 3 higher temps -but if you put in even higher ones it might move the cross hairs back.

Omg just did an opk and its almost positive!!! Gonna do one later tonight but so glad we bd last night. Gonna bd as much as poss now. I've hardly got any cm though so might need to get out the conceive plus for the first time. I thought I saw ewcm 2 days ago but wasn't sure if it was just left overs. Perhaps it wasn't.

Loulou - can happen, it happened to a friend of a friend at work. Tested and tested, and even had a blood test from the docs, but all BFN. That is the only case I have known though!


This is only my second cycle using the CBFM, first cycle asked for sticks from 5 days until 25 days I think (OV'd late which obviously threw it), then this time it hasn't asked me yet and I'm CD5 now.

Chocgirl - I think it does happen very very rarely, but I do think I'm just clutching at straws, my hormones are up the creek for some reason though (im guessing my pcos) as I keep getting migraines and normally only get them around ovalation or just before AF arrives.

I know I need to see doc or someone, (as according to cheerful old Google, the black blood, which isn't a proper period can be a symptom of a large cyst about to rupture or worse....tho obviously that's worst case scenario stuff) but its tricky as I work shifts and only day off I've got between now and Easter weekend is one Sunday! I've thought of going to a sexual health drop in clinic or family planning, but neither of these places seem quite appropriate either!

Please can I be updated to ]4dpo ( as always a huuuuuge thanks for doing the lists) definitely no chance this month but never mind earliest ov ever so trying to be positive about the small victories
