harveybobbles, if you post the name of your local metoffice weather station then another member on benefits who:
- Received a CWP
- Kept their letter
- Has their CWP calculated from data recorded by the same local weather station as you
That MSE member (if they exist) would be able to post up the dates for you.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

my 2 cold weather payments went into the bank on 23 and 30 of january.
they could have been triggered upto 14 days before these dates though.0 -
I have had one on 30th January and one on 23rd January in my bank. It's quite nice to get extra money off the government - normally I owe them some!0

4 stations are with in 30 miles of me.0

that is what everyone is trying to tell you.
the information which tells you the exact dates doesnt exist online!
do you know anyone that receives CWP> they may still have the letter from DWP that contains the dayes.
I threw mine away, or i would have been able to give you the dates, as it appears the whole country was eligable at the same time
I've just found my CWP letter. No dates are stated on it at all.
It states that they will pay me £25 and "the Meteorological Office tells us which dates are very cold and we use this information to decide if we should make CWPs"
OP, I think giving up is your best option :rotfl:0 -
Or you monitor the readings reported by your local met office to determine whether the CWP has been satisfied. You'd have to monitor them continuously for several months, but you'd be able to determine the dates.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
