Cold weather payment ACTUAL trigger dates?

Yes they said I would get them, but it's whether they were triggered automatically or whether they have to input them manually, they weren't sure the last time I spoke to them So I was just curious which one I got.

I am convinced these payments haven't been right this year, I think my weather station was moved to Hawaii

I got my back-money on 24th Jan, the CWP I have received was for the week 19th - 25th Jan, but can't remember whether that was the 1st or 2nd trigger.

when i lived in london, they moved our weather station from stanstead to heathrow.... which historically paid less often
surely a coincidence ......

I won at tribunal in December and was put in the support group but obviously because it takes so long for them to update their records (only when you win :mad:) that it was around the time of the triggers that happened, so not sure if they need to manually give me the payment as I might have missed the auto payment on the 1st one.

I will have to contact them, but loose the will to live waiting on the phone though

When I need to phone them I have the phone by my side with their number on redial and as soon as the clock hands reach 8am I press the button, I have always got through first time with no dreadful music for 30 mins or so!
