i've had a look for nottingham but couldn't find....

couldnt find any totally free, but Nottingham are doing a 90 day free trial, they may find its too expensive to recollect and clean them all before reusing, so could be worth a try. Make sure it doesn't go missing within the 90 day period  ;):D

    are there any for warwickshire??

cant find anything new on the web but Warwickshire do offer these free to schools and they were giving them free to residents not too long ago, might still be worth giving them a call and asking, let them know that many other councils are still offering these free and why arn't they ;):D

    How about Somerset ?

West Somerset are to make free compost bins available from April 05

BATH & North East Somerset Council is offering a limited number of free compost bins to residents of Bath and North East Somerset who are on state pensions, income support, job seeker’s allowance or working tax credit.

If you receive any of the above benefits and would like to take up the offer of a free compost bin you can contact the Action Line on 01225 394041 or e-mail actionline@bathnes.gov.uk. The best times to contact the Action Line are before 10am and after 2pm as the lines tend to be quieter then.

Not sure which part of Somerset you are but it may be worth giving them a call to enquire ;):D
