faulty nokia n73
my nokia n73 centre joystick has fallen off after only 6 months ( making the phone useless). i know at least 3 people at work who this has happened to . the phone is on contract from 3. when i sent the phone back to them they said i would have to pay £30 to get it fixed. can they charge this , i thought it should be fixed under warranty? does anyone know the address of 3's uk head office , customer services refuse to give it out? i'd be grateful for any help on this
