Lease final impractical car

If you had £1,000 a month for a 3+36 month personal lease on a "sports" car without the need to consider practicalities (ie 2 seats is fine) beyond being able to fit a weekend bag in it what would you shortlist? Coupe or convertible suggestions appreciated

More or less; realise being in the world of DINKs isnt going to last forever and dont want either to have never had a "dream" car nor be one of those guys who desperately tries to get the babyseat to fit on the "back seat" of their 370z or such.
