That's amazing! didn't think they were still made? presumably made in very limited numbers, but seems a great price, tempted myself at that price, just wonder what it is like on fuel?

I lolled quite hard at that link, the DeLorean is a joke ... the rest of the site isn't though :)

The factory closed down over 30 years ago. Apparently there were plans in 2008 to start up making them again but not sure if they have done that yet. Their website says that they haven't yet http://delorean.com/sales/

Haha, this made me lol - getting something as unusual as a brand new DMC12 for 150 quid a month and MPG was important!?

    A bit too MSE :)

If you had £1,000 a month for a 3+36 month personal lease on a "sports" car without the need to consider practicalities (ie 2 seats is fine) beyond being able to fit a weekend bag in it what would you shortlist? Coupe or convertible suggestions appreciated
    Just had a terminal diagnosis?

Pretty cheap on fuel, so long as you nip past 1986 on your way back from work to fill up :D

Me, I'd buy an older Boxster, pocket the change and have a cool second car for years to come.
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?
