Help - Orange Lost Customer / Retention Team Number Needed

Hi
I recently cancelled my orange mobile contract, got passed to the retentions team, who couldn't come up with a very good offer, so went ahead and cancelled.
Following day I received a call (from an orange mobile number) it was orange "Lost Customer / Retention" team trying to win back my business and they came up with a stonking offer for me, which I accepted, but as the account is in my wife's name they needed to speak with her. Alas she was at work and they promised to call back, but failed to do so.
I did call the number a few days later, and got a automatic message saying something like" you missed a call from orange customer services, we will call back again". So there is no option to speak with anyone"
My contract is now nearly over and I cannot find the number that gave the answerphone message, which I now need so that the ordinary customer services (150) can try and sort out this deal for me.
Does anyone know there number, it's the one where you get above answerphone message or even better a number to get through to them as I can't find it in my phone.
Thanks in advance

Ring 150. Tell them Retentions want you to ring them back and ask to be put through.0

You don't think it was a scam ... do you?0

Chances are it's not visible to customer service, and is an outgoing number only, you probably can't be put through to them. All you can usually do is say I'm leaving in the menu option and see where it gets you.0 -
Just to put your mind at rest, I don't think it'll be a scam. Often they have an outbound retentions team that phone to see if they can offer things to you.
As far as I'm aware the outbound team is different from the one that you actually call and can be quite illusive to get hold of! Do you still have the number that called you stored in your phone because I can tell you if it is the Orange one.0
