I've tried different settings. The blank page in fact had a web address associated with. From memory it was something like runonce.msn.com/something.

this maybe the fix you want

Go into Tools, Internet Options, Security, Restricted, Sites and add the above address and accept.

    Close the Internet and re-open.

You will then be brought into a Windows page giving you 3 options.

    Option 1 - tour of IE 7

    Option 2 - (sorry - can't remember)

Option 3 - go to your home page

Go for Option 3 and after it opens, re-close the internet and re-open it.

You should automatically go to your home page

Anyone know a way of changing to order of the toolbars in opera?

My order is, personal on top, tab toolbar next then address underneath.

Is there way of changing this?

I hardly ever get pages not loading correctly in opera anymore. I use more than firefox which is also really good and I havn't noticed any difference in loading or had a problem with different resource requirements.
Quite often there are windows open of 3 browsers at the same time as my son uses explorer, my wife uses firefox & i generally use opera.
There is a good weather widget you can get with opera 'touch the sky' but quite alot of the widgets are pointless.
There is a really good free basic browser that is good for really old systems & good to try as it is tiny but quite functional. off by one browser - http://www.OffByOne.com
