Virgin media spoof email

I received an email claiming to be from virgin media billing ( but it is not ) asking for all my details. I informed Virgin over the phone but there is no contact email for virgin media . I would submit a screen capture picture showing the body of the email if I knew how to place a pic here but I dont understand the way its done here.
