Is it an Electric shower, or a power shower?
I suspect it is an electric shower as power showers take water from the hot water cylinder and simply pump lots of hot water at pressure.
The markings you describe are normal for an electric shower. The 'one red arrow' is a lower power setting(so uses less power) but of course the water doesn't get as hot.0 -
Sounds like an electric shower
If you put it on one arrow you will reduce the temperature of the in line heater coil that instantly heats the water! Less temperature means less electricity ! But it also means cooler water output!
Good Luck
