Refund
Have recently returned a phone to phones 4 u as my daughter changed her mind because it took too long to arrive (not next day delivery as promised)
When they processed the refund it was only for the cost of the phone and not the call credit, despite our having sent everything back without using the phone.
The call centre say they can't refund either the call credit or send the sim card back so at least I could use up the credit. Is this legal and has anybody else had this experience. Help please!
