fasthosts any good?

I'm tired of Orange. I have been doing the roundy round with their "customer support" over what I believe is them overbilling me by three pounds each month. I'm an old Wanadoo customer who signed on at £17.99 - but since then a new package (how tricky) has been created at £14.99. orange will only allow me on to that if I sign on for another year. They now ignore me - stalemate essentially.

Well nevermind them. I saw the fasthosts package which seems quite decent. As a small businessman I like the .com address and e-mail. Not bothered about the web space. I certainly hope they give good customer service.

Is anybody else on here using fasthosts? or had an experiences with them?
