I don't understand - if your ex wasn't paying the mortgage, how come they didn't evict him and repossess the house sooner?
What was the total liability on the mortgage when you left the property? 3000 ish?Errors of opinion may be tolerated where reason is left free to combat it. - Jefferson0 -
Exactly my point too. Why didn't they evict him?? I told them too MANY MANY times and said to the if they don't he will stay there and run up even more debt... when i let it was abouit £3200.00 and i told them i had moved out etc. All this time they have not taken the slightest notice of me. and thats so wrong. I feel that strongly about it that i really want to fight them and make sure they don't do this to someone else...there may even be other people out there like mi right now that are getting the same hassle i don't know.0
