£89 is a good price currently for the LG Chocolate, however i dont consider Virgin tariff to be particularly competitive unless making same Network and Landline calls in the main.

They are £89.95 at Phones4u on t mobile (you have to buy £10 top up as well though) minus £10 cashback if you go through quidco, total = £79.95

Although I have to say that I work for a mobile phone company and recieve a lot of these back for repairs, so they are not the most reliable of phones

thanks - I am already on Virgin from the lobster deal they did last year ( free lobster phone and 300 any network minutes plus 300 texts for £10 per month ) I never use up that amount of minutes and texts so they roll over for 1 month so its not too bad a deal for me but the phone is not so good :o just wish the coverage was better where I live too

I have been looking to find a good deal on this phone for my daughter and have found it for £59.95 plus you have to buy £10 worth of Virgin airtime with phones4u.

    Here's the link http://www.phones4u.co.uk/shop/shop_payg_details.asp?ItemKey=161779&MPItemKey=158799.

Seems like a good deal but it's listed in the clearance section - will this be a new phone or has it been re-conditioned? Also, my daughter would like it unlocked to work on o2 is this possible too, does anyone know pls?

    Many thanks in advance.

Normally reconditioned but in my experience always as good as new, plus the ones i have had on clearance have always been unlocked.
