  • I don't think i have paid full price for a cinema ticket for years first of all i was getting the free show film first previews which i still sometimes go to now, but i have had the unlimited card for cineworld which after a year of having entitles you to free 3D and 2D films 25% off food and drink and you can combine the card with Orange wednesdays as well, as i go at least twice a week usually it more than pays off.

"Choose from one of the following great films hitting the big screen this year:

    Ice Age 4

    Life of Pi

    Parental Guidance

    Diaries of a Wimpy Kid"

Stone me these films have been out for ages.
  • Really want to see Life of Pi but as I can only go on weekends trying to avoid the cinema as it's so expensive!

I know this is for a family ticket but do you think you HAVE to take children? I would just want it for two adults for my boyfriend and I.
Wouldn't want to turn up and then be told that we can't go in as there's only the two of us!

Do I HAVE to have kids with me. I just want to take the hubby on these tickets? X
  • Personally think it may be a kids club screening (which are usually held Sat & Sun morning), in which case adults on there own are not allowed in. I know we've been to the kids club before, 2 adults & 2 children & when MIL tried to buy her ticket to join us she was unable to as it's policy not to allow adults on there own into kids club screenings so took some hassle for them to refund ours then add an extra one on to us.
