    No further complaint has been made yet, only today I have been told where they stand. I was also told this morning
    that a manager will be calling me to discuss it. No surprise that call
    didn't happen.
    I will proceed with the formal complaint you outlined, thanks

    From the various threads I have seen on this forum about gadget cover style policies, none of them seem to be worth the paper they are written on.
